Located in the prestigious bay of Cap Negre in Jávea, this remarkable residence is one of the most ambitious projects we have undertaken so far.
The original concept underwent a complete transformation as a result of strict urban planning regulations and the unique topography of the site. Rather than seeing these constraints as limitations, we embraced them as an opportunity to create something truly exceptional.
The result is a five-level residence ingeniously integrated into the mountainside, with only two floors visible from the street. Hidden within the landscape are extensive underground spaces, including garages, utility rooms, a private fitness area, and a home cinema with its own bar, creating a seamless blend of functionality, luxury, and discretion.
The main residence is complemented by a separate guest house, and upon completion the property will offer no fewer than ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, designed to accommodate family and guests in complete comfort and privacy.
The working title, Casa Suisse, is inspired by a fascinating story linked to the previous owner—a tale best shared over a good meal and a glass of wine. Whether the name remains or evolves, the spirit of the property will undoubtedly endure.
