CASA PIC TORT - SPAIN
This house in the area of Granadella in the coast town of Javea is my latest finished project in Spain.
The house has an upper level with a great seaview terrace which is connected by a monumental staircase with the first level. The first level is connected by an open staircase to the swimming pool level.
Actually there are two units which can be used separately with each 2 bedrooms.
upper level: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (bar), lounge -and dining area and a great terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.
first level: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen , living area with authentic fireplace, dining area and a big terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the sea with direct acces to the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area.
ground level: bar, bathroom, polyvalent space with direct acces to bbq area and swimming pool.
